The passenger sees your company name, live flight status, terminal and gate, and once you start the wait timer, a live countdown of free wait time. Auto-refreshes every 15 seconds. No app needed.
How does international vs domestic detection work?
The flight data includes ICAO airport codes. The first 1–2 letters identify the country — K = USA, C = Canada, EG = UK. The tool compares departure and arrival countries and adds 25 minutes for international customs automatically.
Can I use the invoice for billing disputes?
Yes. It shows scheduled vs actual arrival, delay duration, and your wait time — all from real flight data. Print from your phone or save as PDF. Corporate accounts expect this documentation when charging a waiting fee.
